More information about our candles.

We're nestled between the Smoky Mountains in Knoxville, Tennessee.

The term "hand-poured" literally means, we hand-pour the molten wax into each individual candle container we sell. Essentially, it serves to show how each candle we create is made by hand - as far as the process will allow. The candle you buy will be carefully made, poured and labeled by hand as opposed to being the product of someone "flicking a switch" in a factory. If mass-produced ain't your thing, then hand-poured is the way to go! 

Since opening in 2015, we've exclusively used 100% Pure Soy Waxes, sourced from the USA.

Our wicks are 100% Cotton, free from Lead or Metals, providing a consistent, clean burn.

Silver Dollar Candle Co Fragrance Oils are the highest available quality, sourced exclusively from within the US, and certified free from Nitro Musk and Phthalates.

Typically our processing time to design, print and dispatch personalized orders is just 1-2 business days. During busy periods we do adjust this to ensure everyone receives their candles exactly when expected. 

Shipping

Free Economy Shipping on all orders, and Free 2-Day Express on orders over $45.

We design, make and ship all our products from our Studio in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Orders will ship via FedEx or USPS within the United States, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout. All 2-Day Express services are provided by FedEx.

Absolutely. At checkout you'll be presented with a number of carriers and rates to choose from, including our free shipping options.

We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout by all available carriers.

Please note: Customs/Import fees are not included and some countries may hold goods until paid. It is your responsibility to pay these charges and we are not able to estimate or pay these on your behalf- although the shipping company might.

Exchange, Damage & Refunds

We want 100% of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase.

We have spent great time and energy ensuring our packaging holds up to rigorous shipping challenges. In the unlikely event your order is damaged, please email support@silverdollarcandle.com with you order number, a quick photo of your damaged candle and we'll send you a replacement out, completely free.

 It happens! We make every effort to accurately describe fragrances, but scents can be subjective and we understand. If you're not in love with the scent you ordered, email us for a return number, ship back your unused candle and we'll send you a replacement right away.
